Seussical the Musical is a fun romp through many of the Dr. Seuss classics. The Cat in the Hat acts as the host and emcee (and all-around mischief-maker) for the show. Along the way you will also meet the sweet, good-natured elephant Horton. He hears a small cry for help coming from a small speck of dust. On that small speck of dust live the Who's, JoJo (the Mayor's child), and yes, even the grinch. Meanwhile, the one-feathered bird, Gertrude McFuzz, desperately wants Horton to notice her. Maybe, she thinks, she just needs a more impressive tail like the amazingly lazy Maysie La Bird who connives, cajoles and convinces Horton to sit on her egg while she goes off on a spree.
